CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY CARE
Hyanni Design Certifies that every Hyanni Design handcrafted jewellery is an original product which has been manufactured in Hyanni Design controlled facilities and has been produced by highly –skilled specialists using the latest technology and precious metals or 925 sterling silver or gold plated or natural Gemstones or Japanese glass beads
All of our silver pieces use pure 925 sterling silver. We use high quality materials with international standards of purity.
Hyanni Design jewellery are released for sale only after having met stringent control specifications.
We are using real gold plating and semi –precious stones and international standards non-precious metals as well. All products are lead and nickel free to ensure safety and comfort even for sensitive skin
International Standards
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Hyanni Design offers a limited lifetime warranty that Hyanni Design created jewel(s), along with the original receipt should be returned to the place of purchase and defective jewel(s) will be replaced with a new original Hyanni Design jewel(s) of equivalent value. Hyanni Design will repair or replace only those parts determined to be defective by the factory.
This warranty does not include loss, theft, disappearance, or loss of optical properties of brilliance and fire due to incidental or intentional damage such as scraping, breakage or chipping.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts of protective finishes.
AFTER CARE
I take great care with my artwork and use only high quality components. Treated properly Hyanni Design jewellery should last for years, therefore it can be passed from one generation to the other one.
So, please handle them carefully and avoid undue tugging.
Keep them dry, and avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray and other cosmetics and chemicals.
After a regular wearing, please wipe your bracelet with a soft cotton cloth. Never use any cleaning materials to the stones, metal or Sterling silver elements.
Store them separately from other jewellery in the box/pouch and avoid too much strong sunlight.
Try not to over stretch your elastic cord bracelet out, as this can cause the elastic cord to loosen. Also avoid strong repeated friction on the beads. Remember that glass beads are fragile – avoid dropping onto a hard surface!
I recommend you avoid to wear jewellery while you are on the seafront, swimming, in bed or while taking a part in any sports activities
