FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UK Royal Mail - Track and Insured parcel - and delivery time 5-7 working days.
Delivery times can be different, depending in what country you live in, and how it will be handled at customs. Usually delivery will be in 3-10 days after shipping.
Domestic shipping : 1-3 working days
International shipping : 5-7 working days
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. If you would prefer a different option , next day delivery, please contact me before purchasing. I will confirm the price and update the listing accordingly for you.

International buyers, please note that any duties/custom fees are your own responsibility. Please check the regulations applied to your country before purchase.
After I received payment, your package will be shipped within 1-2 workdays. You will receive a message when your order is shipped.
When you'd like different shipment (like Track & Trace or insurance), please contact me for the additional costs.
Please allow for delays which are beyond my control. I cannot be accountable for lost, damaged or late items once shipped. I will always obtain proof of postage and will notify you when your item has been dispatched.
Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your jewellery. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me. I will accept returns of your unused items in their original condition within 30 days. Upon receipt I will refund purchase price, minus Etsy/PayPal fees. All p&p is non refundable except in the case of faults.
Custom orders are not refundable.
Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is in our control.
In the rare case of faulty items I will refund your purchase price and all postage costs up to 2 months after the sale.
